Dr. Park was born and raised in Seoul, Korea until finishing high school. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1998 and continued to study at several colleges in Los Angeles and transferred to U.C.L.A. to major in Physiological Science while working full-time to support himself financially. He joined the Dental Research Institute in U.C.L.A. as an assistant researcher after attaining his B.S. degree and researched oral cancer for a year. Then, he got into the School of Dentistry at U.C.L.A. and received his D.D.S. degree in 2002. After a short period of being an associate dentist, he started his own practice in Diamond Bar, CA in 2003. He continued his educational journey to achieve his academic and clinical excellence in implants, orthodontics, sedation dentistry, and so on. Starting from 2007, he joined multiple implant and dental academies as a lecturer/ guest speaker to share his knowledge and experience. He is currently running 2 practices in Southern California and has served as the president of the Contemporary Dental Institute from 2010 and as a board member of the Korean American Dental Association from 2012. Although he is continuously pursuing higher standard in his dental career, he tries to make more time to play with his lovely 3 children whenever he has the time.
