Dr. Brown is a current member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, International Academy of Comprehensive Aesthetics, International Association for Orthodontics, and the Honorary Dental Society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. After a mid-career lull, Dr. Brown re-sparked his interest in dentistry by implementing new technology and new procedures. This enthusiasm was fostered by the addition of Dental Implantology. Complementing the addition of dental implants, he acquired a complete in-office 3D CAD/CAM system. This includes a chair side 3D scanning system with the ability to design and fabricate inlays/onlays, crowns, bridges, custom implant abutments and implant surgical guides.
These tools have allowed him to see patients interested in dental implants and complete a guided surgery on the same day. What followed was a typical treatment path he would complete on a routine basis. This all happened within his office: CBCT Scan, Digital Implant Treatment Planning, Digital Surgical Guide Planning, CAD/CAM Surgical Guide Fabrication, Guided Implant Placement, Chair Side Digital Scanning, Custom Abutment Design and Fabrication, and Crown or Bridge Fabrication.
This powerful technology has helped Dr. Brown’s office to be established as one of the high tech offices in the area. Dr. Brown is passionate about implant dentistry and shares his methods and techniques with colleges and study clubs.
