If you place or plan on placing implants, it is important to know what complications can occur and how to manage them. The responsible practitioner needs to understand unfavorable outcomes can result but sometimes the correction is not so difficult. I want to share with my implant friends and colleagues’ techniques that have worked and some that have not so you can benefit from my experience. We will review minor and major hardware issues to correct some bony defects around ailing implants.
